It's time to reserve your turkey!  We recommend one pound per adult, which will give you a little bit of leftovers (we love leftovers). If you would rather brine your turkey yourself, we offer brine kits for $10, with all the spices measured, and instructions to give you the juiciest turkey you've ever cooked.  Any questions, give us a call and we can ensure you get your holiday meal dialed in just right.
