It's time to reserve your turkey!  We recommend one pound per adult, which will give you a little bit of leftovers (we love leftovers).  We offer brine kits for $10, with all the spices measured, and instructions to give you the juiciest turkey you've ever cooked.  We will also spatchcock your turkey, free of charge.

Turkey Info: This year we are offering broad breasted, all natural, turkeys from Barber's Farms at $4.99/pound or Red Bird Farms at $5.69/#. 
 
ALSO, we are taking reservations for 9" fresh baked pies from Hinman Bakery again, but with more options!  This year we have pumpkin, apple, pecan and salted maple.  Pies will be available for pickup starting Tuesday the 25th, so plan accordingly.  Pies are $30.99.
